There's something about kōanga (spring) that makes us pay attention to growth.
Maybe it's all the colour suddenly appearing after winter. Maybe it's the longer days. Or maybe it's the reminder that before anything blooms, someone has quietly put in the work.
This issue of Library Life is about all the different ways growth shows up in the library and information profession.
Not just through qualifications and courses, although those certainly matter. But the growth that comes from saying yes to a new opportunity, taking on a challenge or sharing what you've learned.
